Jan Grue, born 1981, has studied film and linguistics and is currently working on a PhD in linguistics at the University of Oslo.
He has been a columnist for Klassekampen and has published articles i various newspapers and periodicals. He made his literary debut in 2010 with the short story collection Everything Under Control.
